Cancellation Policy:
Appointments require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our business. Therefore, if you fail to provide adequate notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment, future bookings will require full payment in advance. This payment is non-refundable.
Mask Policy:
Masks are required within the salon premises for everyone's safety. If you arrive without a mask, we will gladly provide one at the entrance.
